This is ready to assemble plastic model kit. Paints and cement (not included) are needed to complete the model. Side cutters, modeling knife and tweezers are also recommended.
IJA Type 4 Chi-To (Planned Production Version)

Type 4 medium tank Chi-To was developed by the Imperial Japanese Army towards the end of World War II. It was by far the most advanced Japanese tank of the era to reach mass production phase. Only 2 tanks were completed before the end of WWII, neither one of them was used in combat. The production line blueprints did show a different shape of the upper hull versus the two prototypes build and turret adopted from Type 3 medium tank.
